1. Have no objective
You are applying for a job, means that you want a position inside the company. There is no need to elongate upon this subject. Hiring managers are more interested in your qualifications than your employment goals and objectives. Sometimes it may happen, that your employment objectives and goals do not coincide with the position for which you have applied. This could be definite drawback for any contender. Therefore, research about the job for which you are applying and then write a short and a straightforward objective.

So choose your hobbies accordingly.
